Items ship out between 1-3 business days. We ship via USPS and Fedex depending on the size of the order. Transit time is usually between 1-4 business days depending on your location. International orders usually take between 1-3 weeks depending on the country, but they can sometimes take longer. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at email@example.com and we will work to get you the best rate for your timeline. Depending on the item ordered, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
Lost/Missing Packages: ModestPop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a good address to ensure safe delivery of your order and be aware of the delivery date. Once your order leaves our location, we are not responsible for it's whereabouts, unless the carrier loses the package. If the carrier provided tracking shows delivery at the correct address, but you cannot find the package, we will not refund or resend the order without additional payment.
We offer FREE shipping on orders above $75 shipped within the U.S. The discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart.
We can send you a shipping label for returns for store credit, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our shipping costs are discounted so let us help offset that cost. When you return an item and use our shipping label, half of the shipping we pay for and the other half we take out of your store credit. Average shipping costs for us are about $6, so that's only about $3 of your credit.
Returns are accepted for store credit only, so long as the items are unworn (trying on for fit excepted), unwashed, with tags on (not all items are tagged). We DO NOT issue refunds. We will email you a store credit coupon code when your returned item(s) arrive. Customers have 30 days to return items for store credit.
To return an item, simply email us at email@example.com for a return label and include your order number on or inside the package with a note that you would prefer store credit rather than an exchange. No package slip or RMA number is required. Please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received.

If you wish to exchange an item, you can ship the item back at your own expense or ask for a return label and we'll send a payment request to cover half of it and we will pay to ship out the new items(s). Either include a note with what you would like to exchange the item(s) for, or send us an email detailing what you would like to exchange. If the item(s) you wish in exchange are less than the value of your order, we will issue you store credit for the difference. If they are more than the value of your order, we will send you a payment request for the price difference through email.
Exchanges are permitted up to 30 days after your order date. Please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your exchange once it is received.
