Coming in this week at number one seller is the Saffron Dress in Whimsical Floral. This cute modest dress has a tiny floral print with pink and orange on a navy background. The beautiful print really stands out and features popular Fall colors. In a brighter floral print, I could see this dress being a popular Summer option, but the darker floral print is a good transitional print from Summer to Fall. It is midi length and has functional buttons, which means it is a nursing friendly dress. It comes in regular sizes and plus sizes up to 2X. I love the ruffle hem, it gives it a mermaid look that is feminine and fun. The length is great for shorter girls (makes it more of a maxi length) and works for tall girls, who will still have a hemline well below the knee.
The second bestseller this week is this darling marigold dress. It features functional buttons (again, great for nursing moms!) a maxi or midi length (depending on how tall you are) and has a cute Fallish floral print. The tiered skirt is a popular trend right now, as is the ruffle hem. One of my favorite features of this modest dress is the drawstring waist, which can be worn loose for a more relaxed look or cinched for a more fitted look. Flexible features like elastic or drawstring waists help dresses fit various body styles, which makes shopping so much easier. I'm also a big fan of the v-neck neckline. It flatters broader shouldered women more than a crew neckline because it breaks up the line from shoulder to shoulder with the v. It is also flattering on women with average or narrow shoulders.
