STORE POLICIES / FYI
How long does it take items to ship? Items take, on average, 1-4 business days to ship out. Once shipped, packages with 2 items or more ship Priority which takes 2-3 days and lighter packages ship First Class, which can take up to 5 business days.

Exchanges: Exchanges save you money! If you choose to exchange instead of return, we will pay for you to send the item back and we will pay to ship out the new item to you. If you want to exchange for a more expensive item(s) we can send a payment request. We can even ship out different items or different sizes, whatever works best for you. Just shoot us an email to email@example.com to give us a heads up you are sending something back and what you want it exchanged for. If there is a cost difference in your favor, we offer store credit for the difference.
You have 40 days for exchanges and items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on (if applicable, not items come tagged from the manufacturer.)
Returns: We pay for your to ship the returned product back if you decide to get store credit instead of a refund. Please email us to notify you need a label.
A full refund is provided for items returned and postmarked within 21 days of ordering them, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, with tags on. After 21 days, we accept returns that are received within 40 days of the original purchase date for store credit or exchange. (We email you a store credit coupon code when your returned items arrive.) Pre-order items can be returned within 21 days of being shipped. International orders (including Canada), have 35 days to postmark a return.
To return something, simply put it back in the mail to the address above. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping. No packing slip is required, just put your return address on it. If you want to exchange, please see above. We do not pack items with packing lists, those are sent via email after an order is placed.
Cancelations: If you choose to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may do so for a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping: We offer FREE shipping to orders above $90. Simply apply the discount FREESHIP at checkout. *Only one coupon code per order. If you have two coupon codes, go with the one that saves you the most money! If a coupon code is used and items are returned, we deduct the shipping cost from the refund or store credit given.
